I am interested in Georgia-your country has a very interesting history. The web-page about language and the places to see made me want to visit.

I wouldn`t say that our breakfasts are salty.
Georgia offers a huge variety in food.
Mostly, first breakfast meal is a bit salty and than contiuned by a variety of salads
and than delicatessen.

The best thing which tells about us is Qartlis Deda, you can see it on this site.
Qartlis Deda- It`s a statue of a woman (presenting Georgia) holding sword with one hand to meet enemies and a basin with wine to meet friends and allies.

Georgian people vary very much. It mostly depends from which region they come from.

For example I am from Svaneti, it's one of the most beatiful mountainous regions of Georgia. Also, It is the highest populated place in whole Europe.

EVERY GEORGIAN IS HAPPY TO SEE FOREIGN PEOPLE INTERESTED IN GEORGIA.

Good Luck : )

I was sad to see that there weren't any recipes for breakfast foods. Do you eat cooked cereal in the mornings? Aren't your breakfasts more salty than sweet. I wanted so much to find those kinds of recipes here!!!!

I've seen your country so many times. I come from Krakow in Poland, but it's always pleasure to be in Georgia.

I have been in your country so many times since last 2 years. I like Georgian culture, language, people, food, vine and the country itself. I believe everyone should visit Georgia at least once in his/her life. There is much to see in this country than to speak about. sakartvelos gaumarjos.

To be honest, I did not take much interest in your country until the Russians invaded. I am glad to see your website is back on-line. I hope someday to visit your country. Good Luck!

My son completed a report on Georgia.
This is the most complete site we found anywhere.
(Even better than the books)
Thank you for the effort put into this site
